Handbuch der Schriftarten

A digital version of the »Handbuch der Schriftarten« published 1926, aka »Seemann« due to the original publisher »Albrecht Seemann Verlag« (Leipzig).

The data had been generated programmatically from high-res PDF scans by using a specifically developed OCR and vision algorithm that splits visual areas of each page into the respective typeface blocks incl their »meta data« like available sizes.

This digital version includes all 6 supplements issued between 1928 and 1939.
